You can apply for the refund within 15 days after the certificate issuance if:

- You've made a written request to SSLcertificates for the certificate revocation

- Refunds of orders paid via credit/debit cards may take 2 - 10 business days to appear on your bank account. In rare cases the term can be extended up to 30 days (depends on the card-issuing bank)
- Refunds to PayPal accounts are instant unless any kind of uplink troubles occur
In case of a chargeback, please take into consideration that your account may be suspended as well as all the rights to use any SSL certificates.

Security code is a unique 3 or 4 digit number, which provides additional security against credit card fraud. It is not embossed as the card number and is printed on the back card next to signature panel.
