We regret to let you know that Sectigo/COMODO upstream provider is currently experiencing issues with their signing servers. As a result, the certificates may be issued and delivered with a significant delay.

Unfortunately, we do not have ETA regarding the issue resolution. We keep in touch with COMODO CA technical support and will be glad to keep you updated.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter. We assure you that after the issue is resolved, all queued SSL certificates will be issued and delivered to SSL admin conatct email addresses.

Sectigo/COMODO is experiencing issues with their mailservers at the moment.

It means that all emails that come from Sectigo/COMODO (DCV emails, fulfillment emails) may be received with a huge delay.

We apologize for the inconveniences this may bring. The appropriate team is aware of the issue and is working on the fix.

As an alternative option, you can always switch to the HTTP or DNS-based validation for your certificate.

Unfortunately, there is no ETA in regard to the matter, however, we will keep you updated via this status post.

According to COMODO/Sectigo Technical Team, they are still working on the issue.

At the moment, most of the emails from COMODO/Sectigo are received normally. Still, the issue is intermittent and there may be delays in DCV or fulfillment emails delivery.

The ETA for resolving the issue is 4 hours.

We will update this status post according to this time frame or earlier upon complete issue resolution.
